Building production-grade features across live client platforms — real-time collaborative editors, AI-powered document pipelines, streaming infrastructure, and high-throughput data processing systems. Working end-to-end across frontend architecture, state management, WebSocket/SSE infrastructure, and complex editor integrations.
Real-time Collaboration
Built a Google Docs-style collaborative editing system using Yjs CRDT + Tiptap, with live multi-user cursor tracking, presence indicators, @mentions, full version history with diff view, and one-click version restore.
Achieving true conflict-free synchronization across concurrent users while managing version snapshots, presence state, and diff computation — all without introducing perceptible latency or race conditions in the CRDT merge layer.
Enabled distributed teams to co-author documents simultaneously with zero merge conflicts, eliminating document versioning overhead across the entire collaboration workflow.
Redesigned the update propagation layer so mutations — creates, edits, status changes — instantly reflect across board, list, backlog, and all other module views without triggering redundant API refetches.
Maintaining a single consistent state layer across structurally different view representations (Kanban board, flat list, backlog tree) where each view had its own local data shape, while ensuring mutations propagated correctly to all without stale snapshots.
Eliminated the perceived lag on updates that users experienced and cut unnecessary network traffic — making the product feel significantly more responsive under real usage conditions.
